I was introduced to SJFit by a friend in 2017 and was asked to just give a try. Initially I was bit nervous regarding injuries etc., but the professional advice and the training I got from the coaches at SJFit allayed those fear and my inhibition with running.
The support and encouragement that I received from SJFit family members were so excellent that I keep looking forward every year for the season to start and without such help and training environment I could not have successfully completed so many half-marathons in the last two years. SJFit has a great training program and convenient schedules and accommodates everybody, including walkers, with their flexible pace grouping. I enjoy running with SJFit group and always look forward for Saturday and Monday practices.
