Red Team – Pace: 13:30 – 14:30 min a mile - Intervals: 60 seconds run/60 seconds walk.
This is my 4th year running with San Jose Fit. I started coaching last year and so happy to return back this year 2019!
I started running in Fall of 2015. Before that I never ran a mile in my life. Never believed that I could run a mile. After joining San Jose Fit in 2016, I finished 6 half marathons, one full marathon, and two relays (191 miles). I am so excited to train/pace-coach with Red team, my favorite 13:30 to 14:30 min a mile group (1 min run 1 min walk)
With this pace group you can easily finish a marathon injury-free with joy, love, and peace.
